Please note, this fundraiser is not open to donors in the following states and is void where prohibited:  Alabama, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Washington (State), and West Virginia. This raffle is void where prohibited.

By participating in our 2023 50/50 Raffle for Scholarships fundraiser, you understand and agree that federally, nonprofit organizations are required to report raffle prizes if the payout is at least 3 times the amount of the wager, and the amount of the prize minus the wager is over $600. The nonprofit must file a Form W-2G with the IRS and give a copy to the prize winner. The winner is required to report the prize income as well.  

The NC100BW, Prince George's County, MD Chapter is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, and contributions are tax-deductible. This raffle is being conducted under a license issued by the Prince George's County Department of Inspections and Enforcement with specific tax regulations governing raffle prize winnings (stated above). Please consult with your tax advisor related to contributions and winnings, if applicable.
